Alohaaa Dudes!

I'm writing to you this morning to let you know whats going on right now - We're giving away free stuff for the holidays!

For the last few months, I and 'Chelle (the wonderful wonderful person who runs my main fan account on twitter @PeraltaNation have been toying with an idea of a fans-only contest, and we finally decided to do it! This isn't the typical contest you usually see, where random people kiss up to win free stuff just because its free stuff. This is more like, a way to reward our real fans - those who have already been showing support, those who continue to show support, and those who are just now jumping on the bandwagon.

What You Can Win

What will you win, you ask? Michelle and I have discussed it, and we'll be giving away something of almost everything I have to offer, including: Individual Mp3s, giant mailbox killing globs of Mp3s, some of my hand made t-shirts, autographed copies of my debut acoustic album, autographed copies of my single releases, buttons, stickers, autographed demo CDs, shout outs in my next youtube vlog, and anything else we can think of!

Who Wins

Who wins, and how do you win?
The simple answer is: The most awesome fans will win.
The long answer is this: Show us what makes you an awesome fan. Show us how you've contributed. Tell us how you've been enjoying my work, and what it means to you. How can you do that? There are a ton of ways! :

• Show us blogs, forums, facebook walls, and other places where you've shared my music and videos with other fans
• Send in silly, artistic, or outrageous fan pics like people have already posted in this gallery
• Tweet about "Mike Peralta", #MikePeralta, @MikePeralta and/or @PeraltaNation. Favorite and retweet our tweets, and make sure we see what you're doing!
• Share my youtube videos with all your friends, favorite videos, post comments on my channel/videos, and tell other users on youtube about me
• Record your own youtube vlog and tell people how my music has touched you, or record a cover version of one of my songs!
• Come hang out in my Chat Room even if I'm not around, and invite other friends and fans to join you
• Purchase my music on BandCamp, iTunes, Amazon Mp3, or any of the other places it is available, and write your own customer review/recommendation for others to see

If you're sending in a picture or a screen shot, use the email address Fans[at]MikePeralta.com, with [at] being replaced by an actual @ symbol. You can also just upload a large photo to a third party service like photobucket or twitpic, and email/tweet us a link to the photo. And if you don't know how to take a screen shot, check this page.

There are a million ways to show your support and those are just a few, so feel free to improvise. When choosing winners, we will consider not just things you've done in the past, but things you start doing now as well. We've already begun taking note of things that are happening, and will take contributions into consideration up until about or around new years, after which 'Chelle will be sending me the final list of winners, and I'll be mailing everything out as late Christmas presents to you :)

Also note that although I'm based in the USA, we'll be choosing a few international fans to win too, so everyone has a chance!
